Solution · Campaigns

Call a whole list of patients about one visit, without a phone bank.

You name the visit you want on the calendar and add the people to call. The agent works that list on its own, inside the hours you set, offering real openings until everyone has an answer.

No call. No credit card. Plug-and-play setup in 5 minutes.

The problem, in dollars

A recall list is only worth what someone calls through.

Every clinic has a list like this: the patients due for an annual, the ones whose labs need a visit to review, the cohort a new service was built for. The list gets made, and then it sits, because working it means someone at the front desk dialing for days between the waiting room and the phone.

A list nobody calls looks free. It is not. It is a quarter of unbooked visits that were already identified and then dropped.

How it works

How the Campaigns Agent works

You build the list and press start. The pacing, the retries and the calling hours are yours to set once.

  1. 01

Name the campaign and the visit

One visit type for the whole campaign, the calendars it may offer, and a line on why you are calling. Two campaigns run side by side with different reasons.

  2. 02

    Add the people to call

One phone number at a time. Recupra looks each number up in your EHR and links the chart it finds, so a patient you have had for years does not get a second one.

  3. 03

Press start and it dials on its own

Up to the number of calls a day you allow, only inside your calling days and hours, with your spacing between attempts and your attempt limit.

  4. 04

Books the visit, or records the time

It offers real open times for your visit type and books once the person confirms. With booking off, it records the time they agreed to for your front desk.

Why Recupra

What the Campaigns Agent handles

Everything between a list of phone numbers and those people on your calendar.

  • One visit type and one reason for the whole campaign
  • Offers real open times from your EHR, never invented ones
  • A daily call ceiling you set, counted across every running campaign
  • Calls only on the days and inside the hours you allow, and never on a clinic holiday
  • Tries a number that did not answer again, up to the limit you set
  • Opens a chart for someone new when your EHR allows it, once they agree to a time
  • Records a decline and its reason, a callback window, or an opt-out that stops every campaign
  • Rests a campaign with no open time instead of calling to offer nothing

What this is worth to your clinic

A campaign turns a list that was never going to be called into visits on the calendar. The Campaigns Agent is new, so there are no beta figures to share yet. Talk to us to hear it call through a list of your own.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Where does the list come from?

You type it in, one phone number at a time. The agent never goes looking for patients on its own: finding lapsed patients in your EHR is the Reactivation Agent's job, and two agents calling the same person is what that split avoids.

Can it take a spreadsheet?

Not today. People are added one at a time on the campaign's own page, and the campaign can keep growing while it runs.

How many calls a day will it place?

As many as you allow. You set a daily ceiling, counted across every campaign you have running, and the agent stops for the day once it is reached.

Can I run more than one campaign at once?

Yes. Each campaign has its own visit type, reason and calendars, and they all share one set of calling hours and one daily ceiling. The same phone number cannot sit in two running campaigns.

Does it book into my EHR?

Yes, into real open times for the visit type you chose, and only after the person confirms. With booking off it records the time they agreed to for your front desk to write up.

What if someone asks not to be called?

It records the opt-out and cancels that number in every other campaign you have running, so one answer covers all of them.

What does it cost?

$30 per person on the list, charged once, on either a booked appointment or a time they agreed to. Nothing when the call produces neither.

Does it work with my EHR?
