Program description

Recupra sends transactional SMS text messages on behalf of the healthcare clinic where you are a patient. Messages relate to your existing appointments and care relationship with the clinic: for example, a notification when an earlier appointment time opens up, an appointment reminder, or a secure link to book, confirm, or reschedule an appointment. This is not a marketing program.

How you opt in

You are enrolled only after providing your mobile number to the clinic and agreeing to receive text messages during patient intake and registration. You may also opt in by texting a keyword or replying to a clinic prompt. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of receiving care.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Messages are sent only when a relevant appointment event occurs — such as an earlier time opening up or an upcoming appointment reminder — so you may receive anywhere from no messages to several messages in a given period.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Any charges are billed by your mobile carrier under your wireless plan; Recupra and the clinic do not charge you for these messages.

Opt-out and help

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. After you send STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts from the program unless you re-enroll.
