Solutions
One agent for each way a clinic loses revenue.
Every clinic leaks revenue in the same handful of places: the inquiry nobody called back, the slot nobody refilled, the patient who never arrived, the caller who reached voicemail. Each Recupra agent closes one of them, on your real schedule.
No call. No credit card. Plug-and-play setup in 5 minutes.
The agents
Pick the leak you want closed first.
No-Show Recovery
A no-show isn't a gap. It's a paid-for slot left empty.
Waitlist Automation
Late cancellations are too fast for phone tag.
Patient Intake
An inquiry is not a patient until someone calls back.
Patient Follow-Up
The drop-off happens mid-course, not at the end.
Patient Reactivation
Hundreds of lapsed patients, and no one to call them.
AI Receptionist
The phone rings, no one's free, and the patient moves on.
Appointment Reminders
One-way reminders leave the gaps open.
By specialty
How this works in your specialty
The same agents behave differently in a dental practice than in a therapy practice, because the schedules do. These pages cover the benchmarks, the visit values, and the workflows for each.
Solutions FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to run all seven agents?
No. Each agent runs on its own and you turn on the ones you want. Most clinics start with a single agent and add the others once they see the first recovered appointments.
How do the agents work together?
They share one view of your schedule. A patient the Reminder Agent cannot confirm is handed to the No-Show Agent, and a slot that opens up is handed to the Waitlist Agent, so nothing falls between them.
What do the agents cost?
Pricing is outcome-based per agent. You pay when an appointment is recovered, filled, or confirmed, and nothing when it is not.
