What the revenue leak diagnostic tells you
Most clinics know they lose money to no-shows, late cancellations, and patients who quietly stop coming back. Very few know how much. The number sits across the practice management system, the phone log, and the recall list, and no report pulls the three of them together.
This diagnostic does that arithmetic on your own figures rather than on an industry average. You answer a short questionnaire about how your schedule actually behaves, and Recupra returns a monthly figure for each leak, plus what an automated agent recovers from it. It takes about five minutes. There is no call to book and no card to enter.
How the five minutes are spent
- 1
Tell us about the practice
Providers, appointment volume, and the average value of a visit. Five fields, no account, no credit card.
- 2
Answer for each leak you care about
New patient inquiries, missed inbound calls, no-shows, cancelled slots, and dormant patients. Skip any section and it falls back to a benchmark instead of blocking you.
- 3
See the number, broken down
A dashboard that shows what each leak costs you every month, what an agent recovers from it, and what that recovery is worth against what it costs.
The three leaks it measures
No-shows
A booked patient who does not arrive. The slot is gone, the provider is paid, and nobody rebooks the patient the same day. Read how the No-Show Agent works.
Cancellations
A slot that frees up with a day or two of notice and stays empty, because working a waitlist by hand takes longer than the notice period. Read how the Waitlist Agent works.
Dormant patients
Patients who are past their expected return and have not booked. They are the largest and quietest of the three, and the one nobody has time to work. Read how the Reactivation Agent works.
What happens to your answers
The questionnaire asks for operational figures, not patient records. Nothing you enter is protected health information, and connecting your practice management system is a separate step that happens later, only if you decide to go ahead. You can see which systems Recupra reads and writes on the integrations page.
If you would rather see the product than the arithmetic, the solutions pages walk through each agent in detail, and the clinic pages cover how this plays out in dental, mental health, physical therapy, med spa, and weight-loss practices.
